About the developer...
My name is Jeremiah Kaplan. I am the owner of Latham Realty
Associates, the developer of Blue Bell Springs. I represent the second
generation of my family's real estate development business that my father
Bernard and his brother Seymour began over 50 years ago. In that time, our
